Return Process

  Log into your Isadora account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
